The study field Business Management at Artesis University College Antwerp comprises 3 professional Bachelor and 4 postgraduate programmes. Each of these programmes leads to a broad range of career opportunities, both within the private and public sectors.

Students following the Bachelor courses in Business Management elect 1 of the 5 graduation options. Accountancy-Tax Law is an ideal basis to gain the degree of bookkeeper/tax advisor or of accountant/tax consultant. Students aiming to make a career within the banking or the insurance sector will feel as comfortable as fish in the water within the finance and insurance environment. The graduate options marketing and international entrepreneurship* are geared to accommodate students with a commercial bend and with the ambition to engage in a profession that demands a great deal of creativity and taste for action. Logistics management is designed for students that want to participate in one of the key activities of this century, namely the optimizing of the stream of goods within a sphere of ever increasing globalisation.

The Bachelor course in Office Management taxes the students' organisational capacity, their talents for communications, language proficiency, and ICT knowledge. Students are being trained to become all-round management assistants.

To those bitten by the ICT-bug, the Bachelor course in Applied Computer Sciences opens up the road to becoming creative and meticulously prepared computer specialists.
Each Bachelor programme lasts on the average six semesters (three years) and is very oriented towards practical applications in the business world. Through a wide array of assignments and projects, experience is gained and developed both individually and in group-context. During the final semester, each student is required to complete a traineeship term.

Postgraduate courses in accountancy-audit, financial management and tax law** are programmes with emphasis on specialisation geared towards future practical applications, tapping new competencies and sharpening and honing such competencies as have already been acquired. For students interested in the business of customs and assizes, we offer a postgraduate course in Customs Sciences.
